The Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Pretoria kindly informs about a change in the registration method for student visa appointments.

Appointments will no longer be accepted by phone. Instead, they must be made via email sent to a specially created mailbox: student-registration.pretoria@msz.gov.pl

 

1. This new mailbox is only to be used to register for student visa appointments. All other matters – as before – are handled via the consular mailbox. Inquiries on other matters sent to this new mailbox will not be considered.
2. One student may send his/her appointment request on his/her own, directly to the above mentioned address.
3. One email may contain data of only one applicant. Emails requesting multiple appointments or appointment requests made by third parties will not be considered.
4. Please provide the following in your email:

• name,
• surname,
• citizenship,
• passport number,
• e-mail address.

5.    There needs to be one of the following documents issued for a specific applicant attached to each email:

    a.    Polish curator’s decision recognizing a certificate of the educational qualifications or the entitlement to continue education, or
    b.    CAMBRIDGE General Certificate of Education - Advanced Level (at least 3 A Levels), which is recognized for entrance to universities, or
    c.    other educational documents that confirm the completion of secondary education in the European Union, European Economic Area (EEA) or OECD member states.

The above-mentioned requirement DOES NOT apply to students of second-cycle studies (Master's degree) and higher or those with a university degree enrolling for a new undergraduate degree. In such cases, a scan of the relevant university degree should be attached.

6.    Emails without the attachment specified in point 5 will not be considered. Attachments in the form of download links or compressed folders or password protected files cannot be opened due to our internal security measures and therefore such emails will not be considered.

Appointments for December 2024 are currently reserved for students on our waiting list, who already had appointments but had to postpone them due to the introduction of the new requirements (mentioned in point 5 above). These students should contact us directly through the regular consular mailbox once they are ready to apply.

 

Appointments for January 2025 with relevant details will be announced in December.
