No questions related to visa applications, legalisation of documents and other regular consular matters will be answered on this line.

The following visa-related services do not require an appointment:
Collections of visas & documents, as well as deliveries of missing documents for visa applications, may be done:

The Embassy of the Republic of Poland strongly warns against making use of unscrupulous agents’ services when applying for visas to Poland. The Embassy and the Consulate does NOT collaborate with any visa agents.
Complaints and applications
The person designated in the office accepts complaints and applications for the office's operation on every working Friday between 10.00-11.00
Complaints about the service of clients of the office and applications regarding the functioning of the consular office may be submitted:
- in writing to the address 14 Amos str, Colbyn 0083, Pretoria,
- in electronic form to the e-mail address: konsulat.pretoria@msz.gov.pl with the note: COMPLAINTS AND APPLICATIONS
- in person at the specified time orally for the record
Anonymous complaints and applications, which do not contain personal and contact details of the applicant, are left unrecognized.
