The Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Pretoria cordially invites you to the consular outreach in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), which is scheduled on the 27th May 2023 at 9:00-12:00 and 13:00-18:00.

Address: hotel City Lodge Hotel Port Elizabeth, Corner Beach and Lodge Roads, Port Elizabeth.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration is mandatory for the consular outreach.  Persons not registered will not be accepted.

In the subject line please write:  CONSULAR DUTY IN GQEBERHA (PORT ELIZABETH)

In the case of passport applications, please make sure that the photo meets the requirements set out at: https://www.gov.pl/web/gov/zdjecie-do-dowodu-lub-paszportu

In particular - the face should occupy no less than 70-80% of the photo. Unfortunately, it is not possible to process the photo in the system, so applications with incorrect photos for technical reasons will not be accepted.
