The Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland would like to inform about the consular duty in Windhoek which will take place on 21st of August 2022 between 10:00-14:00.

Address: Hotel Hilton Windhoek, Corner of Reverend Michael Scott str & Sam Nujoma Drive, 9000 Windhoek.

ATTENTION: It is absolutely mandatory to register an appointment under the e-mail address: konsulat.pretoria@msz.gov.pl. 

For organizational reasons, please title your application: Duty in NAMIBIA - surname.

In the text of the message, please provide contact details (phone number, e-mail), personal data of people reporting for duty and the type of consular case.

This is dictated by sanitary requirements and for your safety. Persons who are not registered cannot be assisted.
