Consular hours during pandemic

The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Pretoria kindly informs about the rules regarding functioning of the Consular Department during the COVID-19 pandemic.

ATTENTION:  The Consulate will be closed on 24 & 25 December 2020 and 1 & 6 January 2021.

 

Consulate working days and hours

Mondays: 13:00-17:00

Tuesdays: 09:00-12:00

Thursdays: 09:00-12:00

Consular visits by Polish citizens concerning passports, legal matters and legalization, must be made by appointment via the e-Konsulat system online: www.e-konsulat.gov.pl.
Please ensure that EACH CASE is registered INDIVIDUALLY.

Consular visits by applicants concerning citizenship and civil matters (marriage, etc.) must be made by appointment via email:  konsulat.pretoria@msz.gov.pl

Consular visits by applicants concerning National visa applications must be made by appointment via email:  lukasz.nowak@msz.gov.pl. Schengen visa appointments must be made via the e-Konsulat system online: www.e-konsulat.gov.pl.

Collections of documents (passports, visas or documents) may be done anytime during the above-mentioned times without an appointment.

Please note than every individual coming to the consulate must wear a face mask and observe the appropriate hand sanitization and social distancing rules.
