Political consultations Poland - South Africa

Another round of political consultations between Poland and South Africa took place on December 1, 2022 in Pretoria. The consultations were conducted by the Undersecretary of State for Development Cooperation, Africa and the Middle East, Mr. Paweł Jabłoński, and the Deputy Minister in the Department of International Relations and Cooperation of South Africa, Mr. Alvin Botes.
The consultations confirmed the very good condition of our bilateral relations and allowed us to set directions for their development in political and economic fields. Both countries have a similar assessment of major international problems and count on good cooperation in international organizations. Poland stressed the need for solidarity and assistance to Ukraine fighting for its freedom and sovereignty in a war unleashed by illegal and criminal Russian aggression, of a colonial nature and aimed at the Ukrainian nation and culture.
