The opening sale price:  ZAR 88 000,00 (eighty eight thousand ZAR - South African Rand).

Any bidder willing to participate in the tender is required to pay a bid bond in the amount of ZAR 8 800,00 (eight thousand eight hundred Rand). The bid bond shall be paid in cash at the Cash Desk of the Embassy of Poland in Pretoria from 10 am to 12 pm - on any working day up until December 5, 2022.

The bid bond paid by the bidders whose offer were not selected or disregarded will be returned to them within 7 days upon the selection or disregarded, respectively.

The bid bond (considered the Security deposit) paid by the successful buyer shall be considered as and included towards the payment of the final price.

The bid bond shall not be returned in the event the successful bidder of the tender refuses to conclude the Sale Agreement. The deadline for the final payment for the purchase price of the car, less the security deposit, shall occur on the date of the conclusion of the Sale Agreement in cash at Cash Desk of the Embassy of Poland in Pretoria or proof of payment to the account of the Polish Embassy in Pretoria. The Sale Agreement must be concluded by the deadline of December 15, 2022.

Prior to submitting an offer a party interested in purchasing the said vehicle may inspect both the vehicle and the relevant documents at the Embassy of the Republic of  Poland , 14 Amos Street, Colbyn 0083 Pretoria.

Envisaged days of inspection- 24th of November to Thursday 1st od december between 12.00 pm and 2 pm.

Requirements for submitting Bid Offer:

Deadline for the submission of quotation is December 5,  2022, at 4 p.m.

Offers should be submitted at the following address:

The offers should be delivered in a sealed envelope and include the following information:

1. Full name and place of residence, contact telephone number, e-mail address;
2. Offer price - not lower than the opening sale price, quoted above;
3. Bidder statement either that he has knowledge of the legal and actual state of the vehicle and has no reservations or claims, or that is aware of the consequences of resigning from the vehicle inspection.

The successful bid will be announced no later than on December 6, 2022.

The Tender Committee shall disregard any offers which:

1. Either have been submitted after the specified deadline or whose procedures are incomplete or have been submitted by a bidder who had not secured the Bid Bond.
2. Do not contain expected information and documents.

Rejected offer bidder will be informed immediately.

An individual person who is participating in the Tender is obliged to have: bid bond payment proof, and a signed statement stating either that he has knowledge of the legal and actual state of the vehicle. In addition, any representative of a legal entity is also obliged to present an appropriate Power of Attorney.

The Embassy of the Republic of Poland reserves the right to postpone the opening of the tender, or cancel it for any reason.
