The organization of the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Pretoria is changing due to the epidemiological situation

Due to the epidemic threat in Poland and the announcement of the state of disaster in South Africa, the organization of the Consulate’s work is changing.

Announcement of epidemiological threat

1. All visa appointments from 16 March 2020 are cancelled.
2. Foreigners:  it is possible to collect visas until 18 March 2020 during the Consulate's working hours.
3. Polish citizens:  it is possible to collect Polish passports until 20 March 2020 during the Consulate's working hours. In matters related to emergency consular assistance, please call - (083) 449 3489.

The Consulate will be closed from 23 March 2020. The possibility of e-mail and telephone contact will be maintained.
