Complaints and suggestions

Please be advised that complaints and suggestions are received:

1. By post addressed to the Embassy.

2. Via e-mail to the Embassy:  daressalaam.amb.sekretariat@msz.gov.pl

Note: complaints and suggestions sent electronically should contain the name, surname and the address of the applicant.

3. Verbally:

Persons wishing to make a complaint or give their suggestions towards the Embassy are kindly invited to our Embassy:

• on Mondays between 2:00 - 4:00 pm

• on Wednesdays between 4:15 - 5:15 pm

by prior appointment by phone or via email

Note: for organizational reasons, we kindly ask those interested in submitting a personal complaint to contact us at least 2 working days before the intended meeting.
