Negotiations of Polish-Tanzanian cooperation in the water sector

On January 21, 2020, Ambassador Buzalski and a delegation of Polish companies were received by the Secretary of State at the Ministry of Water of Tanzania, prof. Kitila Mkumbo.

During the meeting, the assumptions of a joint project were discussed covering the construction of water infrastructure and the resource management system in the capital of the country Dodoma and Dar es Salaam. The meeting was part of a long-term program of Polish-Tanzanian cooperation in the water sector, in accordance with a bilateral agreement signed on November 2, 2019, which aims to develop and modernize the Tanzanian water sector using the know-how and modern water technologies provided by Polish companies and universities.
