On All Saints' Day, Embassy representatives visited the Kinondoni cemetery in Dar es Salaam

On November 1, 2023, Ambassador Krzysztof Buzalski and consuls laid flowers on Polish graves at the Kinondoni cemetery in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Our Embassy takes care of 6 cemeteries with the graves of civilians accompanying Anders' Army who arrived in Tanganyika in 1942.

In the years 2018-2021, the Embassy renovated most of Polish tombstones in five cemeteries, and there are plans to renovate the sixth (last) cemetery.
