Repaired ICT system failure and reopening of visa applications

Please be advised that as of 28 July 2023, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Dar es Salaam is resuming all visa procedures.

The ICT system of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Dar es Salaam has been restored to its full functionality, therefore the visa section is working as usual.

Visa applicants who could not be accommodated on the expected dates (appointments scheduled from 17 to 27 July) will be informed individually by email of the new dates for their appointments at the Consulate. Those registered for 31 July will also be able to reschedule their appointment date.

The deadline for appealing against a negative visa decision is suspended for the period 17-27 July.
