In the first half of July 2021, we had the pleasure to host a group of Polish artists who performed during a series of concerts as part of the Pamoja Zanzibar Festival, organized by Radek Bond Bednarz, a Polish artist and producer, founder of the Eklektik Session cultural platform, known for its activities in Wrocław.

The festival featured a fusion of afrobeat, reggae, hip-hop, jazz, soul and taraab (traditional Zanzibar music). Artists from Tanzania and several African countries as well as from Poland performed: Radek Bond Bednarz, Łukasz Dembiński, Piotr Gospodarczyk and Matylda Gerber. The concerts took place in Dar es Salaam and in Zanzibar.
