We celebrated the 230th anniversary of the May 3rd Constitution and the Polish Diaspora Day

During reception organized in the gardens of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Dar es Salaam, Ambassador Krzysztof Buzalski recalled the history of the May 3rd Constitution and read a letter from Minister Zbigniew Rau with wishes for Poles.

During the celebrations, the exhibition entitled “The Constitution of May 3 (1791)”. The first modern constitution in Europe adopted democratically” was also presented. Ambassador Buzalski also conveyed his own wishes to the gathered Poles and Tanzanian graduates of Polish universities and encouraged them to maintain ongoing contact with the Embassy.

The meeting was also an opportunity to taste traditional Polish cuisine to the sounds of Polish and international contemporary music.
