Consular Information Centre (CIK)

The Consular Information Centre in Warsaw is available to provide general advice on the following topics:

  • passport matters,
  • lost Polish documents (e.g., passports, Polish ID cards, etc.),
  • Polish citizenship issues,
  • general legal and civil status matters.

IMPORTANT! The Consular Information Centre in Warsaw does not handle visa-related inquiries. Please contact the Visa Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in London directly at london.visa@msz.gov.pl.
