NEW RULES OF CUSTOMER SERVICE - from July 4, 2022

1) On 4 July 2022 the Department of Citizens' Affairs and Foreigners has implemented a new appointment booking system. When booking the appointment on the 4th of July 2022 your in-person service will be scheduled for 11th July 2022 (registration will be made every day, e.g. on 5th July 2022 the in-person services shall be available on 12th July 2022).

2) After selecting and entering the required information necessary for appointment with the department of your choice - the customer receives a confirmation of the reservation by e-mail as a 6-digit code. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in. The check-in kiosk is located in the waiting area, Piotrkowska street no. 103 in Łódź, it allows you to check in for your appointment with a code and to collect the queue ticket. The queuing number from the printed ticked is displayed on the screed above a specific service window.

Please note – You may cancel your appointment, the queuing number cannot be handed over to a different person.

Please note - Being late for the scheduled appointment cancels it.

Caution - Printing the ticket only applies to matters handled in Łódź (in Sieradz, Skierniewice and Piotrków Trybunalski, it is enough to show the code received by e-mail).

3) ŁÓDŹ – REGISTRY AND INFORMATION DESK functions without online appointment service - but by queuing ticket from the ticket printing machine located at the entrance to the building, Piotrkowska street no. 103 in Łódź. You are requested to select type of information whether it is information on residence or information residence and employment. The number from the ticket is displayed on the screen above a specific service window.

INFORMATION ON RESIDENCE AND WORK - legalization of residence and employment service area - counter no. 1, open from 7.15 - 14.30.

 

The number of tickets to the Registry and Information Desk is limited. The queuing ticket machine prints tickets only after the employee logs into the kiosk.

 

4) ISSUE OF RESIDENCE CARDS regarding the legalization of residence as well as residence and work.

5) REQUEST FOR INSPECTION OF THE FILES
