Energy Matchmaking event under the Environment, Energy and Climate Change Programme (PL-CLIMATE) supported by the EEA Grants 2014-2021

The National Fund for Environment Protection and Water Management is hosting a webinar on Matchmaking in the Programme Area Energy on Thursday 25 June 2020.
The aim of the event is to facilitate contact and collaboration between entities from the Donor States (Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway) and Beneficiary State (Poland) that could lead to drafting and submitting partnership projects.
Under the PL-CLIMATE Programme there are five open calls launched related to the Programme Area Energy:
- Improved energy efficiency in school buildings
- Development of high-efficiency industrial and professional cogeneration
- Construction/modernization of municipal heating systems and elimination of individual heat sources
- Geothermal energy production
- Increasing the efficiency of energy generation in existing small hydropower plants (up to 2MW)
In case of each of the above-mentioned calls, projects can be realized in a partnership.
Therefore, the webinar will be of interest to potential applicants from Poland (local government units as well as their unions, SMEs and large enterprises) as well as any public or private entity, commercial or non-commercial, as well as non-governmental organizations established as a legal person in the Donor States willing to cooperate as a project partner.
The webinar will be conducted in English and will be moderated by a representative of the National Fund for Environment Protection and Water Management.
Entities interested in taking part are kindly requested to register on this website. Entities willing to be presented during a matchmaking webinar as a potential project promoters or potential project partners are kindly requested to send their presentations (not longer than 5 minutes) to: marta.bulawa@nfosigw.gov.pl not later than on Tuesday 23 June 2020.
