Wooden buildings is a strategic project of the Ministry of Climate. There is a potential in increasing the number of wooden houses, especially multi-residential buildings, that are constructed in Poland.

The GreenEvo – Green Technology Accelerator is an original project of the Ministry of Climate (earlier the Ministry of the Environment) created to promote Polish green technologies.

The project „Development of Urban Adaptation Plans for cities with more than 100,000 inhabitants in Poland” implemented by Polish Ministry of Environment/Ministry of Climate has come to an end.

Environmental Technology Verification (ETV) is a tool to help innovative environmental technologies reach the market. The concept of it is to offer a verification procedure to cutting edge environmental technologies that may otherwise find it difficult to establish their environmental added value. The verification procedure allows for an independent assessment and validation of the manufacturer's claims on the performance and environmental benefits of their technology. The information produced by the verification is public and can be used to compare performance parameters and therefore becomes an extremely useful tool to convince third-parties of the merits of a technology, potentially enhancing its market value and acceptance.

The aim of the initiative is to improve the quality of life of residents and to support cities in transformation into climate-friendly and neutral cities.
