He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology and completed postgraduate studies in "Business and Management". He has won numerous awards and distinctions, including "Man of the Year" EuroPower, "Amber of the Polish Energy Sector", "Platinum Megawatt"- an award of the Polish Power Exchange, "Optimus"- an award of the Employer of the Republic of Poland. He has gained knowledge and experience as a consultant, project manager, department director and member of management and supervisory boards. He has been involved in the power generation and distribution subsector for decades. Since 2011, initially as Vice President and then as President of the Energy Regulatory Office. After completing his term in mid-2019, he returned to consultancy activities. He shares his unique experience gained at "Elektrownia Szczytowo-Pompowe" S.A (now PGE EO S.A), PGE Dystrybucja S.A, the design and engineering company Systra S.A and as a regulator of the Polish energy market by conducting training and courses.
