He holds a degree in political science from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and project management at the Poznań University of Economics. He has been involved in the community for over 20 years, acting in volunteer and local government roles. He worked for many years in managerial positions in multinational companies. He also ran his own business and worked with the Polish SME sector. He is a leader of sustainable development projects, responsible for implementing green initiatives. He has experience in project and team management, cooperation with NGOs (non-governmental organisations) and business negotiations.
