Partnership under III Edition of the EEA and Norway Grants
The idea of realising the project with a partner from Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein (so-called Donor states) is one of the main objective of III Edition of the EEA and Norway Grants. Polish beneficiaries may in that way benefit from knowledge that is in the possession of the foreign partner and use it in its own project. Partnership between entities from Poland and their counterparts in Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway is one of the fundamental value of the Grants.Taking part in the partnerships is a rewarding experience with many benefits:

Every call in this edition of the EEA and Norway grants has the criterion concerning partnerships. Partnership is additionally valued by the evaluating team.
Who can become a partner ?
A wide range of entities can participate as donor project partners under the EEA and Norway Grants. Generally, any public or private entity, commercial or non-commercial as well as non-governmental entities, registered as legal entities in Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway can become a donor project partner. Examples of relevant partners include national directorates, universities, municipalities, hospitals, theatre companies, non-governmental entities and businesses.
Eligibility criteria will differ between programmes and funds, and they may be more restricted in some programmes/funds. Make sure you read the call for proposals carefully.
How to find the partner?
Ministry of Climate together with Donor Programme Partners undertake many activities to facilitate finding partners from Donor States for Polish beneficiaries by organizing the events such as match-making , study-trips dedicated to the certain subject or publishing the list of foreign institution, that are willing to realised project together with the polish entity. We are also working on online –matchmaking.
