The Environmental Impact Assessment  (EIA) Forecast has been prepared on the basis of requirements of the Act  on the Provision of Information on the Environment and its Protection, Public Participation in Environmental Protection and Environmental Impact Assessments ( Official Journal of the Laws of 7 November 2008 ).

The EIA Forecast supports the decision-making process for the implementation of projects under the Programme which may potentially have impact on the environment.  All projects selected for funding within the EEA FM 2014-2021 should be characterized by high environmental protection standards and fulfill the recommendations resulting from the EIA Forecast.
