The study visit took place on 22nd -26th of October 2019 and included the participation by Polish Members from different institutions in the following events:

• Match-Making event, aiming at facilitating contact between Polish and Icelandic entities in order to find partners to realize common projects within EEA grants in the area of geothermal energy;
• International Sustainable District Heating Conference. The detailed programme of the conference may be found on the Conference’s website.

The study visit was a very successful event and resulted in making valuable contacts between Polish and Icelandic stakeholders in the area of district heating and geothermal energy. It also allowed to share experience between the stakeholders from both countries as well as present the path how to apply for EEA grants in the partnership with Icelandic Partner.
