The study visit to Oslo – Circular Economy

The study visit to Oslo on circular economy take place on 4th and 6th of November 2019.

It was great opportunity for Polish Ministry of Environment to share experience with the Programme Operators from Estonia and Slovenia, the countries advanced in applying Circular Economy in practice. Polish delegation had also the opportunity to meet with representatives from Norwegian Environment Agency, Norwegian Ministry of Climate and Environment, Oslo Municipality and other companies with experience in implementing CE policy principles.

Polish delegation  was also invited to visit to the enterprise Revac,  It was a great chance to become familiar with the principles of work of one of the largest company in the treatment and recycling of WEEE in Norway. All participants were impressed with the organization of work and the recycling cycle and the technology used.

The study visit was beneficial and fruitful for all participants and for sure will help to draw conclusions in the context of programming the polish call in the area of  ​​circular economy  in Polish Programme “Energy, Environment and Climate Change”.

The visit was financed from the Fund for Bilateral Relations from EEA and Norwegian Financial Mechanism.
