Czesław Mroczek

Curriculum vitae

Born on 20 July 1964 in Kałuszyn. Mroczek graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology and the Faculty of Law of the University of Warsaw. In 1990–1998 he served as the head of the district office in Mińsk Mazowiecki, and in 1998–2005, he held the position of Mińsk Mazowiecki's district governor. He has been a Member of the Polish Parliament since 2005, and in 2011–2015, he served as Deputy Minister for Defence.
