Confirmation of the confidential profile on the ePUAP platform can be obtained at any Polish consulate or via the bank or identity provider in Poland where you have an account (the list of identity provider is available on web page https://pz.gov.pl/dt/registerByXidp).

You must decide how you would like to confirm the confidential profile:

1. via the Internet (“PRZEZ INTERNET”) - submit an application through your Polish bank or identity provider,
2. at the confirmation point (“W PUNKCIE POTWIERDZAJĄCYM”) - within 14 days of creating an account, you must personally confirm the confidential profile at the confirmation point: consular office, ZUS, tax office in Poland, etc. If you cannot confirm your confidential profile within 14 days - log in to the trusted profile page and submit your application again.

To create a confidential profile, create an account and apply for confirmation of the confidential profile on the ePUAP platform (choose "ZAŁÓŻ ZAUFANY PROFIL"), next choose your bank/provider. If you want to confirm the confidential profile at the confirmation point you should choose "Zmień sposób rejestracji" and next "Formularz online".

You do not need to make an appointment to confirm your trusted profile at the consular office.

If you choose to confirm a confidential profile at a confirmation point (consular office), take for a visit in consular office with:

- confirmation of submitting the application form for confidential profile printed from the ePUAP platform;

- valid identity document (ID card or passport);

- any document or information containing your Polish PESEL number.

Remember! All data in the application form must correspond to the original spelling of names and surnames (consistent with the spelling in the Polish PESEL database and identity documents). Names and surnames with diacritical marks other than Polish must be in CAPITAL LETTERS. If you submit an application, e.g. omitting diacritical marks, this will prevent verification of the application for confirmation of the confidential profile with the data contained in the Polish PESEL register.

Confirmation of the confidential profile on the ePUAP platform is free.

A confidential profile should be confirmed during your visits in the consulate.

What is the ePUAP platform?

The ePUAP platform allows you to electronically handle selected matters related to the activities of Polish public administration, such as tax, citizenship, employee, agricultural, health, education or running a business in Poland. Via the ePUAP platform, you can also apply for a new Polish ID card.

How long is the trusted profile valid?

3 years. Then you can extend its validity for next 3 years
