In addition, the Counterintelligence Service concealed this information from the Internal Security Agency. President Andrzej Duda was allegedly aware of these events.

Speaker of the Senate Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska took part in the meeting, which was devoted to the amendment of the law implementing the EU DSM (Digital Single Market) Directive. Mr. Tusk expressed his belief that the media and the government need to find a common ground regarding this matter. This is the outcome of negotiations involving Prime Minister Donald Tusk and other politicians, which took place over the course of the past several weeks. During the summit, Poland managed to achieve its key objectives concerning defence and convinced its partners to support Polish initiatives on the joint defence of the European skies and eastern border of the European Union as part of the Shield East project.

Prime Minister Donald Tusk outlined key assumptions of the development of Poland's communications network at a press conference on Wednesday. The project comprises three key elements, the implementation of which will result in the so-called triple jump. Firstly, Poland needs a high-speed rail network so that everyone can travel quickly between its major cities. Secondly, the country needs to develop its regional airports and ensure their accessibility to everyone. This part also takes into account the construction of the Baranów airport. The third element of this strategy envisages the development of LOT Polish Airlines. These comprise a three-pronged strategy.
