The main points of the planned reform concern the National Council of the Judiciary (KRS), the Supreme Court (SN), the Constitutional Tribunal (TK), and the separation of the office of the Minister of Justice and the Prosecutor General.

29.01.2024The Minister of Justice appointed Disciplinary Commissioners of the Minister of JusticeThe Minister of Justice appointed Judge Grzegorz Kasicki and Judge Włodzimierz Brazewicz as Disciplinary Commissioners of the Minister of Justice. He did this on the basis of the institution of commissioners of the Minister of Justice (so-called ‘ad hoc commissioners’), which was introduced in Article 112 b of the Law on the Structure of the Ordinary Courts. These judges have high professional and ethical standards.
