06.03.2023Poles on development assistance – results of an opinion poll conducted in 2022Since 2004, on the initiative of the MFA, opinions polls have been carried out to asses Poles’ knowledge about development assistance and our society’s readiness to provide such help. In December 2022, Kantar Public (Mantle Polska sp. z o.o.) conducted an opinion poll titled “Poles on development assistance” which included a set of questions about the respondents’ attitude towards assistance to war-affected Ukraine.

Today, we respond to the appeal of the Cypriot government by sending modular homes to the country - underlined MFA Secretary of State Szymon Szynkowski vel Sęk in relation to the Polish aid transport to Cyprus. - Providing our EU partner and the local refugee community with modular homes is not only a gesture of solidarity but also Poland’s contribution to creating effective, humanitarian and secure European migration policy - added deputy head of Polish diplomacy Paweł Jabłoński.
