Inaugural meeting of the Development Cooperation Policy Council

Deputy Minister Jakub Wiśniewski, also serving as National Development Cooperation Coordinator, chaired the inaugural meeting of the 4th Development Cooperation Policy Council on 6 March 2024 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ headquarters.

The main point on the agenda was to present the outline and consult the Development Co-operation Plan for 2024, with particular attention to activities for Ukraine. The document received a positive opinion from the Council through a resolution.

Additionally, preparations for the Polish Presidency of the EU Council in the first half of 2025 in the field of development cooperation were outlined.
