The Department of Foreigners’ Affairs encourages you to participate in our upcoming event that will take place on April 1st at 3/5 Marszałkowska St. in Warsaw.
Department of Foreigners’ Affairs of the Mazovian Voivodship Office at 3/5 Marszałkowska St., cordially invites you to participate in our “Information Saturday”, one of the essential elements of the currently implemented project No: 13/14-2022/OG-FAMI on “Supporting the integration of foreigners in Mazovia with the particular emphasis on the needs resulting from the mass influx of third-country nationals caused by the war in Ukraine”, co-financed by the National Programme of Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund and the state budget.
During the cycle of “Information Saturdays”, you will be provided with the information on the cases conducted in the Department and will have opportunity to attend individual consultations regarding a specific case.
Registration for face to face consultations with the Department of Foreigners’ Affairs employee starts on March 27th 2023, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on our hotline: (22) 695 67 73.
At the same time, we encourage you to use the other hotline number available on Saturday, April 1st 2023 on: (22) 695 66 69, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Moreover, our Project Partners: the Foundation for Migrants GOOD START in Memory of A. G. Farah and the Foreign Language Teaching Foundation “Linguae Mundi” are participating in these events and each of these organizations is providing its separate consultations at the particular indicated Points located at the ground floor of the Mazovian Voivodship Office. No pre-registration needed here.
On April 1st The Foundation for Migrants GOOD START in Memory of A. G. Farah invites for consultations regrading: (Location: next to the Chancellery, ground floor of the building):
- legal and administrative cases (social services access, legalization procedures);
- education and access to the labor market in Poland;
- kinds of employment
- family matters; family and gender violence;
- adaptive challenges and cultural differences
- registration for consultations with a psychologist, vocational advisor, labor law specialist and a lawyer
- language, adaptive and business activity courses;
Currently, the Linguae Mundi Foundation is registering for the Polish language courses on: 22 625 42 67 and 22 654 22 18.
