What problem does our project solve?
Rapidly aging society - the "Silver Tsunami" phenomenon.
A significant problem on the care market not only in Europe but also around the world is the rapidly growing demand for caregivers both in nursing homes, in companies providing services at the patient's home and among private individuals. The lack of caregivers causes the costs of obtaining care in both the B2B and B2C segments to increase rapidly, and demographic data indicate that this problem will grow very quickly.
The number of people aged 65+ will grow dynamically

The above market data already translates into constantly growing problems in the care industry, both in the B2B (care facilities) and B2C (senior care in the apartment) segment. For caregivers and patients, this means:
- increase in costs related to care and their unpredictability,
- unused places in nursing homes – lack of staff,
- lack of knowledge or too late information about the well-being of a loved one.
- work under constant stress or "anesthesia" - quick burnout,
- extended response time of caregivers or lack thereof,
- increased number of events requiring reconstruction and documentation of situations posing a threat to life or health - legal problems,
- frustration and constant remorse among loved ones due to lack of time for the person who needs care.

What was the biggest challenge for us in implementing the project?
The biggest challenge in the project was the development of advanced artificial intelligence algorithms that ensure the safety of our wards. These algorithms constantly monitor the situation to immediately alert caregivers if necessary.
Due to the privacy of our clients, only anonymized data - skeletons - are processed, which even increases the challenge facing these algorithms. Their training and refinement required the painstaking collection of a gigantic database of test recordings presenting all possible dangerous situations.
Our advice to other Applicants
A proven team, consistency in pursuing set goals, and the ability to adapt to the constantly changing needs of customers and the market.
