Polish NCBR Office in Brussels and Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Aviation (ILOT) have the pleasure of inviting you to participate in the brokerage meeting on Cluster 3 Civil Security for Society - Horizon Europe and  European Defence Fund Work Programme 2026/27. The event will take place on Monday, 30 September from 10h00 to 20h00 at the NCBR Brussels Office/BSP, Rue Belliard 40, Brussels (5th floor).

This event is focused on presenting research and innovation ideas, and matchmaking between potential applicants on the current Call for proposals under Cluster 3 Civil Security for Society - Horizon Europe and future Call for proposals under European Defence Fund 2026/27.

To attract new actors and partners we invite to a brokerage meeting where we offer workshops on effective business pitching and mutual exchange of good practices in the process of the applications’ preparation .

Then we will have the first brokerage session focused on presenting the current offer of Cluster 3 Civil security for society - Horizon Europe with info session, pitching of the ideas and matchmaking activities.

During the second brokerage session, we will be focused on pitching the European Defence Fund Polish proposition of the topics for 2026/27 with active participation of Polish, Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian RPOs.
