Have a look at the outcome of our work
The analysis of learning outcomes and direct consultations with employers were used to improve a curriculum of the Supply Chain Engineering dual degree and include it in the didactic offer.
What problem does our project solve?
The objective of the project was to develop a practical education curriculum customised to the needs of the logistics industry and to launch the Supply Chain Engineering dual degree to improve students' competencies in compliance with the needs of the TSL industry while participating in classes and internships carried out in a cooperation with enterprises.
Who will benefit from the outcomes of the project?
The outcomes of the project were used by participants of dual degrees, gaining competencies sought in the TSL industry on the local and national labour market. Employers also benefited by obtaining qualified employees.
What was the most challenging aspect of the implementation of the project for us?
The most challenging period for project implementation was the pandemic period. Half of the dual degree curriculum took place during the epidemiological threat. The Project Team took countermeasures, i.e., inter alia, the implementation of classes at the higher education institution in an on-line mode - using remote operating tools with students, selecting appropriate tasks and working methods, organising on-line meetings and webinars for students. The project was fully implemented thanks to a team with the knowledge, experience and motivation to face difficulties that cannot always be foreseen at the planning stage of the project.
Our advice to other Applicants
Do not be afraid to write innovative, challenging actions in the field area of education, a good product will always defend itself and there will be those who are willing to be involved in it.
