What problem is addressed by the project?
We believe that in the future, instead of using traditional software, each of us will have an "employed" digital assistant who will help us in our daily work.
The problem that we decided to solve in the first place is the reluctance of distributed sales teams to use CRM systems. Time spent on tedious activities such as manual data entry, notes or reporting, salespeople would prefer to spend on working with customers.
Our product's algorithms enable its user to record any content using only voice. Daily reports on the course of the completed day and an announcement of upcoming events keep all target-oriented traders up-to-date. The assistant works "in the background" in the most important work tool - the salesman's phone, allowing him to work the in the same way anywhere. The solution remembers about tasks and reminds you about them - in the right place and time. Assistant reminders allow you to remember about declarations or decisions.

Who uses the project results?
Automation of business processes is one of the trends that increasingly supports the market activities of both large and smaller companies. There are also more and more innovative solutions aimed at analyzing the experience between the trader and the consumer.
The assistant frees salespeople's time devoted to manually entering and checking customer relationship data in the CRM system.
The solution will keep your CRM database up-to-date. It will provide you with all the information about your activities on an ongoing basis: phone calls, meetings, e-mails, but also transcriptions of voice notes and planned tasks. Works as a standalone tool for the sales team.
