What problem is addressed by the project?
The project includes a number of training courses for students at the University School of Physical Education in Wrocław.
Some of the trainings are of an excursion type, such as Hiking, Cycling, Ski touring and avalanche training, Adapted downhill skiing, Survival instructor.
Thanks to the obtained funding, project participants can acquire typically practical skills. In addition, thanks to the purchase of equipment such as bikes or tents, students have the opportunity to participate in classes that require the possession of the equipment, which will be provided by the School. This increases the chances of students improving their competences, for whom the lack of e.g. a cyclocross bike equipped with panniers would make it impossible to participate in the training.
Thanks to the obtained financing, an attractive training offer for students at the University School of Physical Education in Wrocław has appeared, increasing their chances on the labour market. Some of the trainings end with obtaining the authorization to use a given method, such as Psychomotor Education or Kalltenborn - Evjenth Concept.

Our advice for other applicants
Ongoing response to emerging difficulties, introducing new forms of support in place of planned ones not popular among recipients (integrated projects are long four-year projects, during which the situation on the labour market may change).
