The result of our team's work is the launch of five courses on the Navoica.pl platform

What problem is addressed by the project?

The result of the team's work is the launch of five courses on the Navoica.pl platform:

The project fits perfectly into the current pandemic situation - thanks to the courses, students benefit from an attractive and complete form of education.
The project solves the problem of access to knowledge - the student can use the necessary information and resources at any time, which is extremely important, e.g. in the process of preparing diploma / master's theses, systematic acquisition and expansion of knowledge and practical skills.
Several factors determined the success of the courses:

  • properly selected topics of modules;
  • an attractive form of knowledge transfer;
  • interesting substantive content;
  • interesting artwork.

MOOC courses are updated and modified on an ongoing basis, the goal of the beneficiary - the Academy of War Arts - is to prepare courses that meet the challenges of reality and the needs of students.

Who uses the project results?

The courses are used mainly by students of the Military Art Academy, but nevertheless, due to the specificity of MOOC courses and their openness, we notice an increasing activity of students from other universities.

What was the greatest challenge during project implementation?

The biggest challenge was the proper selection of the subjects of the courses, which had to be met by several criteria, such as compliance with the curricula, attractive content and form of the courses, and the possibility of their professional preparation and conduct. We carried out this task in several stages:
Stage I. Appointing the project management staff (manager and coordinator);
Stage II. Preparation of the subject matter of the courses - consultations with students and lecturers;
Stage III. Selecting the tutors of individual courses through a competition.

Our advice for other applicants

Submit good projects, because it is worth implementing them with such a professional partner as the National Center for Research and Development, and people directly responsible for the project at every stage of its preparation and implementation.
