What problem does our project solve?

The project addresses the mismatch between education programmes and market needs.

As many as seven education programmes have been redesigned in cooperation with employers in response to the needs of the economy, labour market and society, including the Smart Specialisations of Pomerania. In addition, teaching materials (syllabuses - 4 units, manuals - 72 units) were produced, which increased the quality of teaching. A total of 256 students graduated and it was real numbers of new, educated ICT workers.

Who is going to benefit from the project results?

The training programmes developed will benefit the next crop of recruits.

Educated students in line with employers' expectations will feed the market and strengthen the ICT industry.

Which aspect of the project implementation have we found to be the most challenging?

Achievement of outcome indicator. Of the 733 students (229% of the target rate), 256 graduated study.

Our advice to other Applicants

Studying is a long-term support. Many external factors need to be taken into account when determining outcome indicator. Due to the nature of the course, only about a third of the students obtained a degree.
