What problem is addressed by the project?
ReQiu is a recruitment tool that uses the latest technology and psychology achievements in the employee evaluation process. A specially designed 3D game, combined with a dedicated platform for its operation, allows for a more effective, flexible and cheaper way of verifying candidates and employee evaluation. Contrary to other solutions operating on the market, ReQiu is not only the highest quality feedback at an affordable price, but also a fully personalized and pleasant game experience for participants, which will increase the interest in the company and have a positive impact on its image.
In line with the latest trends in the use of psychometric tools, questionnaires can be successfully replaced or supplemented with tools in the form of computer games. The use of highly immersive and engaging tasks allows you to observe the strategies, behavior patterns or decision-making processes of people taking the game. Moreover, psychometric tools in the form of computer games allow to minimize the pressure on the participant, leading to a much better reception of recruitment or assessment processes.
The use of ReQiu allows to significantly increase the probability of finding an employee with predispositions suitable for a given position. Information on the personality predispositions of the employees employed in the company allows for the optimal design of the working environment in order to increase the effectiveness of teams' work and to build employee engagement.
ReQiu provides unique functionalities that enable a wide personalization of the work environment. This allows you to adjust the appearance of the tool to the company's image, constitutes an additional channel for activities in the area of employer branding, and also facilitates the introduction of the candidate or employee into the world of employer's values.
Who will benefit from the project results?
The recruitment game, which was created as part of the project, is primarily intended for the domestic market. In a broader time perspective, we plan to expand into foreign markets.
The target group are entrepreneurs who carry out the recruitment process based on internal HR departments, as well as employment agencies (entities dealing with recruitment professionally, focusing their operational activities on it).
Target groups include the following industries: IT, pharmacy, FMCG, finance, automotive, consulting companies and large manufacturing companies.
We are convinced that in the business reality in which companies face the constant challenge of improving recruitment and employee evaluation processes, ReQiu is the best solution.
