Issues addressed
Thanks to the launch of a teaching / editorial panel and a virtual recruitment assistant, among others, and thanks to the expansion of the library system and the integrated website system, this project has allowed for the implementation of changes in the management of the educational process and improvement of quality of teaching, digitization of administrative, management and control processes The project has contributed to improving competences of students by responding to the needs of the economy, labor market and society thanks to cooperation with employers (including through internship programs) and development of the university’s staff. The project has facilitated the exchange of experience and improved accessibility of international education programs for university students from Poland and abroad.

Major implementation challenges
The biggest challenge in implementing the project was to ensure continuity of the project in the era of CoViD-19 and the need to adapt to new unexpected circumstances.

The result of our success is a thorough diagnosis of the problem and the needs of the participants, as well as a complete qualified and experienced project team. People are the most important!
