What problem does our project solve?
The implementation of the third mission, as a forum for social activity through a programme carried out in a cooperation with the education provider, the Vocational Training Institute, contributed to the development of key competencies corresponding to the needs of the labour market, economy and society in 165 non-standardised recipients of higher education.
The project served to develop in the participants the competencies enabling:
● social and professional activation;
● expanding general and specialist knowledge, and developing interests;
● stimulating educational and cultural activities;
● preventing social exclusion.
Who will benefit from the outcomes of the project?
Persons from Pomeranian Voivodeship who are unemployed, in a disadvantaged position on the labour market (employed on short-term contracts) and persons with low-level qualifications.
What was the most challenging aspect of the implementation of the project for us?
The most challenging part was implementing the project during the pandemic. Lockdown caused significant delays and issues with recruiting participants for training.
