21.12.2022Ambassador Buzalski visited the sites of development projects of the Embassy of Poland in TanzaniaAmbassador Krzysztof Buzalski visited Udzungwa and the Kilombero Valley, where, as part of small grants financed within Polish Aid, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Dar es Salaam has been supporting for several years the activities of a non-governmental STEP organization to protect Tanzania's biodiversity and achieve a state where people and wildlife may coexist without conflict. 13.12.2022Polish Aid supports a further development of the APOPO program to combat tuberculosis in TanzaniaKatarzyna Sobiecka, a representative of the Polish Embassy in Dar es Salaam, visited a laboratory of the APOPO non-governmental organization, whose mission is to train and use southern giant rats in order to provide innovative methods i.a. in the fight against tuberculosis, one of the infectious diseases causing the highest number of deaths in the world.

During the visit, a Business Forum was held with the participation of 20 Polish companies and an Educational Forum with the participation of 7 Polish universities.

11.11.2022We celebrated our Independence Day in TanzaniaDuring the gala reception on the occasion of the 104th anniversary of regaining independence, organized in the gardens of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Dar es Salaam, Ambassador Krzysztof Buzalski read a letter from Minister Piotr Wawrzyk with wishes for the Polish community in the world and recalled the history of regaining independence. During the celebrations, a joint Polish-Ukrainian exhibition "Mom, I don't want war!" was also presented.
