SPPW Call 2025 – Opening of the Call for Proposals

On March 25, 2025, we are opening the call for proposals within Research and Innovation Programme, Applied Research under the Swiss-Polish Cooperation Programme.

The programme aims to develop cooperation between Poland and Switzerland in  applied research, improve the competitiveness of enterprises in this area by increasing the level of innovation in conducted research and transferring their results to the economy, and support young researchers and women in projects.

Consortia consisting of at least one enterprise based in Poland and one enterprise based in Switzerland are eligible to submit proposals. Once this condition is met, Polish and Swiss research organizations can also become members of the consortia.

Call 2025 is not thematically limited, but research planned under the project shall be focused exclusively on civil applications. The programme can fund two types of research: industrial research and experimental development.

The total allocation for Call 2025 is PLN 66 203 985.86. The minimum funding amount for a single project is PLN 2 242 400, and the maximum is PLN 4 484 800. The minimum project duration is 24 months, and the maximum is 36 months.

Applications must only be submitted electronically in English via the online application submission system available here: https://lsi.ncbr.gov.pl/. The deadline for submission of proposals for Call 2025 is 26 May 2025, 16:00:00 CEST.

The Swiss Programme Partner is Innosuisse, which manages the B2Match  platform facilitating cooperation between entities from Poland and Switzerland that want to jointly apply for funding from the Research and Innovation Programme, Applied Research.
