16.07.2020PAA expands network of monitoring stations for early detection of radioactive contaminationThe National Atomic Energy Agency will expand the network of monitoring station for early detection of radioactive contamination. By the end of the year, a total of 15 new devices will monitor the eastern border of Poland. In the presence of the Minister of Climate - Mr Michał Kurtyka and the Minister of the Environment - Mr Michał Woś, letters of intent were signed with Voivods and a framework agreement with the Director of General Directorate of the State Forests.

14.05.2020Łukasz Młynarkiewicz became PAA PresidentPrime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, upon request of the Minister of Climate Michał Kurtyka, has appointed Dr Łukasz Młynarkiewicz as the President of the National Atomic Energy Agency (PAA) with effect from 11 May 2020. Before the appointment Dr Młynarkiewicz had been serving as acting PAA President.
