The award ceremony took place at the Family Picnic “Integrate in Białołęka” on 11 June 2016.

The “Pistacja” Foundation was established in July 2015. The main activity of the Foundation is to conduct various meetings and workshops in schools for children and parents within the programme “Integration with Disability.” The second very important task of the Foundation is to promote family and values that lie in having it.

The chapter of the 2016 White Stork Award at the Association of Large Families of Warsaw and Mazovia granted Minister Elżbieta Rafalska the title of “2016 Stork Helper” for the implementation of the “Family 500 plus” programme aimed at securing any assistance – economic, social, pedagogical, social, cultural – necessary for families to be able to meet their responsible tasks in a human manner.
